Educational and Creative Center RESTART invites young artists from 4 to 19 years old to take part in International Children’s Art Competition Mini restART 2025.

The deadline for accepting postal deliveries is 15 June 2025.

TOPIC: MY PEOPLE’S HERITAGE (fairy tales, stories, legends, myths, customs)

Participants: Children and young people between 4 and 19 years of age are entitled to participate. Pre-school institutions, primary, secondary and High art schools, citizens’ associations, children’s cultural centers, art studios and similar institutions or organizations can participate in the competition. Individuals can participate separately. Authors who are 19 years old must be students of school.

AGE CATEGORIES: I category age 4-7 years old; II category age 8-10 years old; III category age 11-14 years old; IV category age 15-19 years old; V category High Arts School, age 14-19 years old.

The dimension of the art works is only 15х15cm. Please respect the given dimension only.

Two-dimensional works on paper which are made by using different drawing, painting and graphic techniques are allowed. Works must not be equipped, framed, laminated or of smaller or other dimensions. Three-dimensional works, works that contain organic matter and the works sent in rolls or damaged in transport due to inadequate protection of the shipment will not be accepted.

Institutions and organizations can send from at least 10 to maximum 30 art works by various authors within a group participation. Only the state/public primary-basic school (4-14 years) and High art schools can send from at least 10 to maximum 60 art works for all grades or arts departments. One author can be represented with up to 2 art works. Different mentors from the same institution can send only one parcel of artworks and one application for group participation, nor may register students for individual participation or less than 10 artworks per school.

Individual participants can send up to 2 art works.
