1st INTERNATIONAL CONTEST OF LITERARY BASIS FOR SCREEN WORK

A literary work is at the heart of any screen work that is transformed into a script. However, a literary basis is not always so simple and “graphic” that it can be visualized. The task of the contest is to collect a base of good literary works that can become a basis for screen versions in future.

TOPICS:

“In My Homeland” is a free topic of the Contest.

The most interesting works are usually based on personal impressions, experiences and events. Take a closer look at the world around you and try to write about what won’t allow you and your acquaintances staying indifferent. It can be a real thing or a fantasy, as a writer's task is to “draw” a piece of life using words.
